About Mrs. Udy
Hi! My name is Stephanie Udy. I was born and raised in Ontario, Oregon. My husband and I decided to move to Alaska in 2010 for an adventure! I received my bachelor's degree in elementary education with an emphasis in physical education from Utah State University and my master's in mathematics education through University of Alaska Southeast. In 2019, I finished my School Library Media endorsement through Utah State University.
I am Cottonwood Creek ACTION School's Library Media Specialist as of January of 2020. I've been at Cottonwood for all but my very first year teaching. At Cottonwood, I have been a 4th grade teacher, a 5th grade teacher, and the instructional coach. I have also lead/coached various extra curricular activities over the years.
I love to read, digital scrapbook, country swing dance, and spend time outdoors in the sun. My husband and I have two daughters that attend Cottonwood as well.
